Hi Trinity, family! I’m excited to share this video with you that describes our culture & values of worship here at Trinity Church. It is such an honor to serve the Lord here. Our worship ministry exists first and foremost for intimacy with the Lord. Before platforms, songs, or sound, our greatest desire is to minister to His heart and cultivate a deep, personal relationship with Him. From that place of intimacy, we create a safe space where people can encounter God freely — without pressure, performance, or comparison. We long for an atmosphere where every person feels welcomed and invited into His presence. Above all, we value genuine worship — not striving, not impressing, but authentic, surrendered hearts responding to who He is. Our goal is not excellence for applause, but excellence as an offering, flowing from hearts fully devoted to Jesus. If you’re interested in joining the worship team or want to gather some more information we have a multi step process that we will work through over several weeks & months. -The first step is filling out a Google form. It includes some questions about your heart for worship and your journey with the Lord, along with some practical background information. After that, we’ll schedule an interview so we can connect, hear your story, and discern together what the Lord might be doing. We would love to walk that process with you.
